Delete your Condei account

Delete it in the app

The quickest way, on an iPhone, iPad, Mac or Android device where you are signed in: open Condei and go to Settings → Account → Delete account.

Your sign-in and your encryption keys are removed at once, which makes your notes unreadable for good. The encrypted notes are then removed from Condei's servers within 30 days. Notes on your own devices, and in your own iCloud if you use it, are yours to remove.

No longer have the app?

To ask for your account to be deleted without the app, write to support@condei.app from the email address your Condei account uses, or with what you remember about the account if it has none. We will ask you to show it is yours, then delete it and tell you when it is done.
